Let me introduce the "JTD" in the above line:  Jason Thomas Dodd, I have been in the helping and one on one personal development field for over 25 years.  I honed my skills working and volunteering for churches and organizations in Canada, Australia and Ireland.

The S in the above is what I strive for, for me personally it means SHINE LIKE STARS it's a reminder for me that everyday there is this ultimate goal, at the heart of what I do.  I want others around me to SHINE brighter.  A quote that always spurs me on to action is from Nelson Mandela "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us."  I believe that there is the best potential waiting inside everyone one of us.
